(“JSR”) is an affiliate of JSIP and was formed in 2017 to provide efficient and integrated community management for the JSIP portfolio. Our portfolio consists of 22 multifamily assets and 4 multifamily developments. JSR was founded with the purpose of setting new standards in residential community management.
